This program is a 3 day powerbuilding routine made for beginner-intermediate lifters who want to put on muscle and strength. This program may also be applicable to those who have a very busy schedule, those who are not planning to compete, or those who are coming off of competing and trying to ease their way back into training. This program will run 6 weeks with only one block and an additional de-load week.
